Lewis Lockheart - Assistant Manager

Lewis has definitely earned the title of Assistant Manager at Heart Hollow Honeymoon Hotel & Resort. He's timely, tidy, and usually working on Mr. Wright's long overdue paperwork in the wee hours of the morning. Lewis wears a locally famous last name, which may by part of the reason why he is so educated on the local Heart Hollow history. Despite his very apparent anxiety, Lewis tries to keep a positive and professional demeanor, but he's also prone to snapping under immense pressure. Although he's usually hiding away in this Hotel atop the hill, he's extremely well known in town and often referred to as a local celebrity... For better, or for worse.

Zeke Valencia - Manager's Assistant

Zeke is the newest hire at Heart Hollow Honeymoon Hotel & Resort. He's not a town native, yet he's found himself looking for this old place for some odd reason. While he was supposed to just be passing through town, Zeke quickly finds himself invested in the generational story of this town. At the Hotel, he works directly underneath Lewis as the Manager's Assistant, so his laid-back and lackadaisical personality make for some initial tension between the two. Through outside circumstances, Zeke starts to form a bond with Lewis that's more than managerial... Of course, Zeke is playing a dangerous game, as he's hiding his own secrets too.

Kara Min - Receptionist

Kara has a bold, in-your-face personality, which contrasts heavily to her roommate-slash-coworker-slash-best friend Cherry. Her RBF is the first face a guest sees upon entering the Hotel's double doors, which is certainly an interesting choice made by Mr. Wright. She keeps her personal life hidden as a way to protect herself, because she's constantly got her guard up. While Kara's nature is to bite, Cherry tends to tame her abrasive personality in some ways. Despite all this, she can be a very loyal and protective friend. In typical Heart Hollow fashion, she's hungry for gossip and tends to fish for drama... Often at her friends' disposal. 

Cherry Thompson - House Keeping

Cherry has a sweet, calm, and considerate personality, which contrasts heavily to her roommate-slash-coworker-slash-best friend Kara. She works with Rosa to clean the rooms and suites of the Hotel, and the two of them pass the time by talking gossip and local happenings. Cherry is a great listener, which may result in her knowing more than she lets on. Unfortunately, Kara has a great way of making her confess the juicy secrets that she knows. Cherry makes for a caring and warm friend, and often gives out well-meaning words of advice.

Angeline Lovell - Nursing Student

Angeline doesn't technically work for the Hotel, however Mr. Wright pays for her company by the hour. Currently she's a nursing student, and she tends to use her skills to help bring Mr. Wright out of drug and/or alcohol induced slumps. She's gentle, thoughtful, and faithful to her own ethical moral compass. While most people just see her as Mr. Wright's sugar baby, she does seem to actually care for the guy.

Andrei Wright - Owner & General Manager

Mr. Andrei Wright is the current Owner and General Manager of Heart Hollow Honeymoon Hotel & Resort. Mr. Wright comes from another famous family within Heart Hollow culture, so it comes as a surprise that his family has basically ex-communicated him. Having been the boss since the eighties, he's become comfortable in slacking on the job... Actually, he hardly ever does any work, as he has a very eager Assistant Manager to do all his long overdue paperwork for him. He's become grumpy and blunt in his old age, and he often takes his unhealed frustrations out on his staff. 

Lauren Matthews - Maintenance

Lauren is the maintenance man on the Resort grounds, however he's often working on very random, unurgent projects due to his short attention span and ability the get distracted easily. He's got a very friendly and charismatic personality, despite the fact that he often says whimsical, esoteric things. He's a firm believer in Cupid - the local god of love - and often makes his decisions based on spiritual means.

Rosa Flores - House Keeping Manager

Rosa is the House Keeping Manager, and she does a great job at keeping up with Lewis' very high standard for cleanliness within the rooms and suites. She's a working mom with an on-and-off again partner, and her personality brings some familial comfort to Zeke. Just like most of the locals, she's got a guilty pleasure for gossip and drama, however she does very little digging to find the truth. Generally, it's smart to take everything she says with a grain of salt.

Becka Duval - Night Manager

Becka works the overnight shifts as the Night Manager, and her intimidating personality makes for a great watch-dog like presence. She's reserved, confident, and cool-headed; she speaks very poignantly as to get her point across quickly. She's found solace in Mr. Wright's Hotel & Resort due to its ask-no-questions atmosphere.
